There you have it. I eat poached eggs all the time. If I don't have time to make them for breakfast, I'll sometimes have them for dinner after work!

Here's how you make the little beauties!
Step 1. Crack an egg into a bowl.
Step 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil (you'll need about 3 inches of water in the pot), and add in a dash of white vinegar. (The vinegar is a key ingredient and keeps the egg all together in the water).
Step 3. Place a spoon in the pot of water, and move in a circular motion. Make a little whirlpool in your water.
Step 4. Drop the egg from the bowl into the middle of your water whirlpool.
Step 5. Reduce heat on the burner to medium.
Step 6. For drippy, fantastic, delicious, yolk, leave the egg in the water for 2-3 minutes.
Step 7. Scoop the egg out with a slotted spoon to get rid of excess water.
Step 8. Place your egg on buttered toast. This is a key part of the poached egg mix. Make sure you're using quality crunchy bread, not the regular bagged stuff.
Then bite in! Yumm!
